Police advise the 41-year-old man, who was reported missing on Sunday afternoon, has been located safe and well.

Senior Sergeant Michael Potts said the man was located approximately 3.1km north west of Emily Gap this morning.

“Police and NT Emergency Service members conducted ground and aerial searches for the man, locating him during a motorcycle search,” Senior Sergeant Potts said.

“The man was conveyed to Alice Springs Hospital as a precaution; however appears to be in good health.

“I would like to thank everyone for their assistance during the search.”
