A 33-year-old man will appear in Darwin Magistrates Court this morning charged with possession of a trafficable quantity of methamphetamine.

Detective Senior Sergeant Peter Schiller said members from the Drug and Organised Crime Squad apprehended a vehicle at Palmerston yesterday and located a trafficable amount of methamphetamines, two ice pipes, a set of digital scales and a phone.

“Members executed a search warrant at the alleged offender's work place and located further methamphetamine and steroids.”

“He has been charged with posses trafficable quantity of methamphetamine, possess implement, possess stolen property and possess schedule 2 steroids.”
