Northern Territory Police have charged a 23-year-old man with several offences following a fatal crash on Girraween Road on 2 August, 2013.

The man has been charged with drive dangerous causing death x3, child unrestrained x3, recklessly endanger serious harm, drive with prohibited drug in blood and fail to display ‘P’ plates.

He has been granted conditional bail to appear before the Darwin Magistrates Court on Wednesday 20 November, 2013.
