Aggravated Assault - Alice Springs - Update

Northern Territory Police have charged two men in relation to the alleged assault of five women in Alice Springs Yesterday.

Detective Senior Sergeant Peter Malley said the alleged assaults occurred outside the 24 Hour Store on Gap Road just before 3:00am

“A 24-year-old man has been charged with four counts of aggravated assault and a 32-year-old man has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault.

“Both men have been remanded in custody and will appear in the Alice Springs Magistrates Court on Tuesday 2 April,” said Detective Senior Sergeant Malley.
