Alice Springs Police are calling for witnesses to an Unlawful Entry and an attempted Unlawful Entry that have occurred within half-an-hour of each other this morning.

Watch Commander Darrell Kerr said that while forcing their way into the Red Rooster store on Railway Terrace the alleged offender has suffered cuts.

“We are asking that anyone who may have seen a person in the CBD this morning who was bleeding or appeared to be injured to please contact Police.”

Criminal damage was also caused to the Hungry Jacks store on North Stuart Highway but they have failed to gain access.

The offences have occurred between the hours of 5am and 6am.
