Police from the Northern Investigation Section have summonsed two men in relation to a show ride incident in Katherine last year.

Senior Constable Paul Lawson said the incident occurred on 15 July 2011 when a then eight-year-old girl fell from the ‘Crazy Dancer’ show ride.

“The investigation has led to two men, aged 19 and 28, being summonsed to appear in the Katherine Court to face charges of negligently causing serious harm,” Senior Constable Lawson said.
