“A 40 year-old female Police Officer has been summonsed this afternoon to face a charge of ‘false or misleading documents’ relating to an alleged offence committed while off duty," Acting Commander, Ethical and Professional Standards Command, Bruce Porter said.

"The Officer is due to appear in the Darwin Magistrates Court on 9 May 2012.

"This information is released in accordance with the NT Police Transparency Guidelines.

"There are no further identifying details or information available while an internal disciplinary process remains underway and this matter is now before Court.”
