Missing Woman - Nhulunbuy

Nhulunbuy Police along with Major Crime detectives are currently looking for a woman who is suspected of being abducted from her morning routine walk in Nhulunbuy.

Victoria Turner of Feldegg Avenue in Nhulunbuy left home on her usual morning walk at around 5.30am this morning, but has not been seen since. 

A 2008 white Toyota Troop Carrier  with  NT registration 992306 was seen in the vicinity of Feldegg Avenue at the time Victoria went missing and police are calling for witnesses that may have seen this vehicle in the area to come forward.

"We have grave concerns for Victoria's welfare and are asking anyone in the Nhulunbuy area who may have any information regarding Victoria’s current whereabouts, or who may have seen this vehicle of interest to contact Police urgently,” said Superintendant James O’Brien.

Victoria is described as a 30-year-old woman, slight build of Filipino descent.  Anyone with information about Victoria's current whereabouts or who may have seen the white troop carrier in the vicinity are urged to contact them on 131444 or Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
