Missing Man - Michael Hammond - Palmerston

Northern Territory Police are extremely concerned for the welfare of a man who has been missing for more than four days.

Acting Sergeant Warren Scott said 24-year-old Michael Hammond left his home in Gray on Friday evening and has not been seen or heard from since.

“Police are extremely concerned for Michael’s welfare,” Acting Sergeant Scott said.

“He left his home on Friday in a green VT Holden Commodore with South Australian registration XPO 567 and neither his family nor friends have heard from him since.

“Michael is around 175 centimetres tall, weighs 90 kilograms and has a solid build. He has a tan complexion and has an old surgery wound measuring 2cm by 4cm on his right forearm.

“Police are extremely concerned for his welfare.

“If anyone has any information on his whereabouts, or if you have seen the man or his vehicle, please contact Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
