Police are searching for missing man Eli Fly who hasn’t been seen since Tuesday 7 February 2012.

Constable Adrian O’Toole from Hermannsburg Police said Mr Fly was reported missing by his family at midday today.

“He was last seen leaving his house at Labrapuntja Outstation, approximately 25 km’s north of Hermannsburg on Tuesday,” Constable O’Toole said.

“Given the time of year and current weather conditions, we hold concerns for the man’s welfare.”

Mr Fly is described to be of Aboriginal appearance, approximately 189 cm’s tall and of solid build. He has short dark hair and at the time of his disappearance, was clean shaven and wearing a green polo shirt, dark shorts, thongs and a baseball cap with the Macdonnell shire logo on the front.

Anyone who may have seen the missing man, or who may have information about his whereabouts, is urged to contact Police on 131 444.
