Concern for Welfare - Alice Springs

Police

Northern Territory Police are concerned for the wellbeing of a 41-year-old man.

Michael Cooper last made contact with his family and friends on the 18th of December.

Mr Cooper indicated he intended to travel from Alice Springs to Adelaide for Christmas, but he failed to arrive.

“Police believe Mr Cooper may be driving a white coloured Holden Rodeo Utility with South Australian registration VBF-396.” Said Senior Sergeant Shaun Gill.

“There are lots of people travelling up and down the Stuart Highway this time of year and Police are hoping someone may have spoken to Mr Cooper or seen a vehicle fitting the description.”

“As part of ongoing investigations, Police are hoping the public can assist.” Said Snr Sgt Gill.

If anyone has any information they’re urged to contact the Police Assistance line on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
