All three alleged offenders involved in the abduction of a 25-year-old woman from a residence in Stuart Park on Wednesday evening, have been charged.

Detective Senior Sergeant Chris Board said the three alleged offenders, a female aged 23 and two men aged 18 and 46 were arrested on Friday.

The 23-year-old woman has been charged with:

Deprivation of liberty Aggravated unlawful entry Damage property Aggravated assault.

The 18-year-old man has been charged with:

Aggravated unlawful entry Deprivation of liberty (x3) Aggravated assault (x4) Unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

The 46-year-old man has been charged with:

Deprivation of liberty.

All three are to appear in the Darwin Magistrates Court tomorrow morning, Monday 27 August 2012. The circumstances surrounding the death of Mr Walsh are now the subject of an investigation on behalf of the Coroner.
