Forensic analysis has today confirmed the identity of the body of a man found at Dundee.

Authorities yesterday launched an air and land search for the 53-year-old local man, after friends reported him missing.

“TRG members did an excellent job recovering the man’s body from very difficult terrain.” Said Major Crime OIC Detective Sergeant Bradley Currie.

“The circumstances surrounding the man’s death are currently being investigated by Major Crime Detectives.” Said Det Sgt Currie.
