Youths apprehended for criminal damage – Fannie Bay

Police

Members from the Youth Crime Unit (YCU) have summonsed a 16-year-old girl in relation to the criminal damage of a BP Service Station in Fannie Bay last week.

It is alleged that a group of youths walked to the service station at approximately 11:50 pm last Monday. Youth Crime Members identified several of the youths involved from CCTV footage.

The 16-year-old girl voluntarily attended Casuarina Police Station and will be summonsed to appear in the Darwin Youth Justice Court at a later date.

A 12-year-old girl has been dealt with by way of Youth Diversion and a 13-year-old girl is to be assessed for Youth Diversion in respect to their involvement in the incident.
