Investigations are continuing into a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on the Arnhem Highway, approximately 36 kilometres east of the Adelaide River Crossing, on July 20.

A 65-year-old female passenger was tragically killed when a rock went through the windscreen of her vehicle and struck her in the head. 

Police are requesting that anyone who was in the area or witnessed the accident to contact them. 

In particular police would like to speak to the driver of a 4WD vehicle, possibly a tray back that was in the area at the time.
