The image was taken from CCTV footage at the store when the incident occurred around 8.30pm near the deli section.

The 16-year-old female victim told police the man accosted her and then tried to grab her 13-year-old sister. The girl managed to break free of his grip and fled the store with her sister.

The offender is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, approximately 175cm tall with a solid build, aged in his 50s and wearing a blue Hawaiian shirt and dark jeans and a cap.

Police are appealing to anyone who recognises the man in the image to ring 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
