Police are calling for witnesses in relation to a robbery yesterday at Bar Zushi, located inside the Casuarina Shopping Centre.

At approximately 4:00 pm, it was reported that an unknown male youth, in the company of at least one other male youth, were seen entering Bar Zushi.

While staff members were occupied, the youths stole a large amount of cash from the register and ran from the store.

Police are interested in speaking to anyone that saw the robbery take place or anyone that may have observed any suspicious behaviour around 4:00 pm.

Members would particularly like to speak with a woman who witnessed the robbery and provided staff with some information, but was gone before police arrived.

Police urge anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area, or who may have any information in relation to the incident, to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
