Police are searching for a male prisoner that walked off a working party in Bishop Street, Winnellie at about 11.30am yesterday.

He was last seen wearing a prison issued green T-shirt and grey shorts. "This man is a low risk prisoner and Police are confident of locating him. Anyone who sees him is encouraged to call Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000," Watch Commander Daniel Shean said.
