Police are seeking public assistance in locating missing man Adrian Hayes who was last seen leaving his home in White Gate Camp last weekend.



The 48-year-old was last seen by neighbours at approximately 4:00 pm on Sunday 09 January and at the time was wearing a brown checked shirt, dark blue jeans, brown boots and a light brown cowboy hat.



He is described to be of Aboriginal appearance, medium build and approximately 170 cm's tall.



A search utilising helicopters as well as Mounted Police was conducted this morning.



Police hold grave fears for the man's welfare based on his extensive medical history. Anyone with information in relation to his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
