Alice Springs Police are making a renewed plea for anyone with information about missing person Darryl John Anthony Ryder to come forward.

Detective Acting Sergeant Tim Lee said Mr Ryder was reported missing by his family in June last year, however the last confirmed sighting was in October 2009 in Hermannsburg.

“His family believe that he may have travelled interstate as Mr Ryder has previously been employed interstate in hospitals, schools, missions and other government agencies” Det A/Sgt Lee said.

“There is no information to suggest Mr Ryder’s disappearance is suspicious.”

Police would like Mr Ryder, or anyone knowing his whereabouts, to contact Alice Springs Regional Investigations on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, to ascertain that he is safe and well.
