Police

Today’s Police graduation will see a third member of the one family join the Northern Territory Police Force.

10 interstate Police Officers will graduate today as part of the Accelerated Recruitment Program, to become Northern Territory Police Officers.

The nine males and one female have undergone an intensive 10 week course to transfer as Police Officers in the Territory.

Three are from Victoria, three from South Australia and two each are from New South Wales and Queensland.

Darwin and Alice Springs will receive four new members while Katherine and Tennant Creek will each get one new Officer.

Constable Jason Chisholm will join his brother and sister who are already in the Northern Territory Police Force after transferring from Queensland.
