Police are investigating the fatal single vehicle rollover that occurred in Pine Creek at around 6:00 pm this evening.

The deceased male was travelling along the Stuart Highway when it appears he lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll.

The male was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.

Investigations into the exact circumstances surrounding the incident will continue.

This now takes the NT road toll to 10 compared to 17 for the same period last year.
