Dangerous Drugs Seized From Three Homes Darwin

Members of the Drug and Organised Crime Section uncovered a range of drugs and a stolen motorcycle during the search of three separate homes in Darwin and Palmerston yesterday.

Detective Superintendent Matt Hollamby said that in the early hours of Sunday morning, a 24-year-old man attended a residence in Knuckey Lagoon and stole a KX450F motorcycle.

“As a result of the quick investigative work by Detectives, a search warrant executed at a Rosebery residence located the stolen motorcycle, along with an amount of methamphetamine and steroids.

“In turn, a second search warrant was executed at a Ludmilla residence which uncovered more steroids and a large quantity of psuedoephedrine.

“More dangerous drugs were found during the search of a Gunn residence with members locating 26 grams of testosterone propionate, 35 grams of testosterone enanthate, 10 grams of testosterone cypionate, 20 grams of nandralone decanoate, 10 grams trenbolone acetate and 3 grams of methamphetamine,” Superintendent Hollamby said.

A 23-year-old male will be summonsed in relation to the possession of dangerous drugs and receive stolen property.

A 23-year-old male will be summonsed in relation to the possession of steroids.

A 24-year-old male has been charged with, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, trespass on premises, drive a motor vehicle while disqualified, possess precursor to dangerous drug and possess dangerous drug.

A 30-year-old male will be summonsed with the possession testosterone cypionate and possession of trafficable amounts of testosterone propionate, testosterone enanthate, nandralone decanoate and methamphetamine.
