Major Crash Investigators are travelling to Litchfield National Park today after a two car crash last night.


Police and St John Ambulance were called to the scene at about 7:30pm last night after two cars collided on the Litchfield Park Road, approximately 40 kms from the Rum Jungle Road



A female passenger was rushed to Batchelor by a passer-by, where she was met by St John Ambulance and conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital.



It is believed the two vehicles were travelling back the Batchelor together when the incident occurred.



At this stage the exact cause of the crash is unknown and investigations are continuing.
