A 25-year-old man will face court after police found four mature Cannabis plants at his home.
Members of the Alice Springs Drug Intelligence Unit and the Dog Operations unit executed a search warrant on the Alice Springs home on Monday. They seized four mature Cannabis plants and 550 grams of Cannabis worth an estimated $55,000 if sold in remote communities.
The Cannabis plants which had been grown hydroponically, ranged in size from one metre to 1.8 metres.
He has been charged with possessing a commercial quantity of Cannabis. He has been bailed to appear in the Alice Springs magistrates Court on March 24.
