Drug and Organised Crime detectives have seized a trafficable amount of cannabis after searching a Palmerston house yesterday.

Detective Senior Constable Tim Gardiner said the seven clip seal bags weighing 215 grams were allegedly located at the residence by Drug Detection Dog Nugget.

“After conducting a brief search with the help of Nugget a 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with possessing a trafficable quantity of cannabis.” Detective Gardiner said.

The man was granted bail yesterday afternoon.
