Graham Gene Potter, 53, (17/10/1957) who also uses the name Josh Lawson (4/05/1955) is facing charges of Conspiracy to Murder and was last seen in Queensland on 30 January, 2010.

He is also on bail in relation to serious Commonwealth charges.

It is believed Graham Potter has connections in Queensland, NSW and Tasmania.

Police have released images of Mr Potter who has the propensity for violence.

He is described to be Caucasian, 175cm tall, medium to solid build, brown eyes, fair complexion with brown greying hair.
