It is alleged that Stanley Stanislaus Senior was driving a Toyota utility along the 17 Mile main access road at approximately 2:30 pm when he lost control of the vehicle, causing it to crash into a tree.

Investigations are continuing into the exact circumstances surrounding the crash however at this time; it is believed that the wet weather conditions may have been a contributing factor.
