NT Police have charged a 45-year-old man in relation to the fire at TIO on Wednesday morning, 3 February 2010.

He has been charged with:

9 counts of attempt murder
Unlawfully set fire to building
Intend serious harm by causing explosion
Recklessly endangering life

Police have refused bail and he is remanded to appear in Darwin Magistrates Court at 10am tomorrow morning, Friday 5 February 2010.

Police continue to ask for anyone who witnessed this incident and recorded any imagery, sound or vision which may assist with the Police Investigation to contact then on 131 444.
