Northern Territory Major Crime detectives have successfully extradited 31-year-old Adam Filippone, arriving in Alice Springs late this morning.

The application to extradite was granted in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court yesterday.

He has been charged with murder and is remanded in custody to appear in the Alice Springs Magistrates court on Monday 17 May 2010.
