Police are investigating an unlawful entry at the Darwin Ski Club overnight.
Police received a report just after 3.30am of suspicious persons near the club. They arrived and found the premises had been entered and a safe had been jemmied open. Bags of coin had been left on the freezer by a quantity of cash is believed to have been stolen from the safe.
Investigations are continuing and police are appealing for witnesses who may have information about the incident to come forward.
