Police have arrested three youth aged 13, 14 and 15 years-old in relation to an unlawfully entry at the Alice Springs Swimming Pool last night.

It is alleged that the three youth have entered the premises shortly after 4am this morning after cutting the chain lock on the perimeter fence.

The offenders have gained entry into the canteen where they have knocked over items inside and then stolen a confectionery box.

Police were alerted to the break in when a silent alarm was activated. Police have located the youths a short time later during a patrol of the surrounding area.

Interviews are continuing with charges expected to be made later today.
