Police and fire crews attended a structure fire at Mutitjulu community in the early hours of this morning.

Police received a report just after 5.30am that the McDonnell Shire Services building was ablaze. Fire crews and police from Yulara attended the community to assist Mutitjulu police, however the building was completely destroyed in the blaze.

A crime scene has been established and police and fire investigators will examine the scene to determine the cause of the blaze.
