The owner of the property reported the stolen firearms to police on Saturday the 20th of November.

An ongoing police investigation has since led to the recovery of both the Marlin Winchester and Remington Target Rifle.

Police say both guns were stored in an approved firearms' safe.

A 22-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man have also been arrested over the theft and are assisting Police with their enquiries.

Police investigations are continuing.
