Alice Springs residents are advised that the River Watch for the Todd River has now reached Level B.

This means that all the low level causeways are closed however Taffy Pick crossing remains open.

The water depth at Anzac Oval has reached 1.8 metres. The public are urged not to enter the water as submerged objects can be swept downstream causing a serious hazard.

The Counter Disaster Committee will continue to monitor the situation and further advice will be provided as it comes to hand.
