NT Disaster Resilience Fund - 2011/2012

The Northern Territory Government along with the Australian Government are calling for applications for the 2011/2012 NT Disaster Resilience Fund.

Grant applications up to a value of $75,000 will be accepted from 15 November 2010 to 29 April 2011.

The NT Disaster Resilience Fund is part of the Natural Disaster Resilience Program made possible through a National Partnership Agreement between the Northern Territory Government and the Australian Government.

The Natural Disaster Resilience Program focuses on building resilience in communities to withstand natural disasters.

As part of this program, the NT Disaster Resilience Fund will finance natural disaster resilience works, as well as related activities that contribute to making communities better able to endure the effects of natural disasters.

The fund will provide 50 per cent of the costs of the project or a maximum of $75,000 if the project cost is $150,000 or more.
