A Minor Flood Watch for the Gorge Road continues.
All Residents are advised to listen carefully to this advice.

The Katherine River at Nitmiluk Centre remains steady just above 3 metres. The Gorge Road remains closed at Maud Creek crossing.

The situation will be monitored overnight.. No evacuations are necessary at this time. Next advice will be issued at 8.00 am Saturday 30th January 2010.
