At approximately 7:20 am, a blue Ford Falcon was travelling outbound on Tiger Brennan Drive through the intersection of Woolner Road, when it was struck by an unknown white vehicle.

It is alleged the unknown white vehicle was travelling along Woolner Road when it failed to give way while turning left onto Tiger Brennan Drive.

The Ford Falcon was struck on the passenger's side, causing the vehicle to spin and collide with a tree before sliding down an embankment.

The driver of the unknown white vehicle left the scene.

The 25-year-old male driver of the Ford Falcon was not injured in the crash.

A/Senior Sergeant Megan Blackwell said it was lucky no one was seriously injured.

"Police are calling for the driver of the unknown white vehicle to do the right thing and come forward.

"Anyone involved in a motor vehicle crash must report it to police within 24 hours, "she said.

Police urge the driver of the unknown vehicle or members of the public who may have witnessed the crash to contact them on 131 444 or on Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
