Police have arrested a 32-year-old man who escaped from the Alice Springs Correctional Centre yesterday morning.

Domanic Dixon escaped from the minimum security cottages sometime between 6:00am and 8:00am yesterday.

Police arrested him at a residence in a town camp in Alice Springs at approximately 6:30pm this evening.
