A 38-year-old man will appear in court after police seized more than half a kilo of Cannabis at an outstation near Maningrida yesterday.

Police executed a search warrant on a residence at Jibenna Outstation which led to the seizure of 572 grams of Cannabis. The man's Toyota Hilux vehicle was also seized.

He was charged with:

Possessing a commercial quantity of Cannabis
Unlawfully supplying Cannabis
Receiving property - commission of an offence.

He has been remanded in custody to appear in the Darwin Magistrates Court tomorrow (Mon. Aug 9).
