Comfits issued for assault – Alice Springs

Police have issued Comfits of three of the offenders involved in an incident in Mallam Crescent on Christmas eve.

The four offenders, plus another group of between six and ten young people who were standing on the road, began throwing rocks and beer bottles at the victims. One of the bottles struck a 22-year-old victim in the forehead. All the victims managed to get inside the house and police were called.

The first offender is described as being of Aboriginal appearance with a slim build wearing a red shirt with the word Unit on it. He had a pony tail and was wearing a red cap and was aged in his mid teens.

The second offender is described as being short with a solid build and a goatee. He was wearing a white t-shirt and black or blue shorts. He also had a blue or purple plaster cast on his arm.

The third offender is described as having a solid build and wearing a black shirt with white writing. He was also wearing a light-coloured cap.

The fourth male has a slim build and was wearing a white shirt and shorts. He had black, short curly hair. All the offenders were described as being of Aboriginal appearance.
