In this instance, we have been able to prevent the removal of over $5800.00 out of the community and into a drug dealer's pocket. $5800.00 would pay a families food bill for a lot longer and provide greater sustainable, productive and positive outcomes for a community than a half gram cannabis hit for a vulnerable person. We can keep targeting and locking up these drug dealers, but community members need to take a stand and say no these peddlers of misery."
