Police are asking motorists to drive with caution or to consider an alternate route with a bushfire currently burning along Cox Peninsula Road and Bradley Road in the Livingstone area.

Fire Fighters are working to control the fire however they have warned that heavy smoke will affect the visibility of passing motorists.
