Christmas is a time for giving - and once again the Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service and Volunteers will this Sunday pay tribute to the Territory's elderly.

Fire and Rescue members and Volunteers have been working hard over the last six weeks, raising money for the annual Aged Pensioners Christmas Party.

This year pensioners will be treated to a tradition Christmas lunch and entertainment including boot scooting, belly dancing and comedy routines.

And just to prove that age is no barrier, Santa will also pay a visit.

The Fire and Rescue Service would like to thank the community for helping to raise the money needed to make the Aged Pensioners Christmas Party possible.
