Members of the Commander's Tactical Team and the Youth Crime Unit have arrested a 16-year-old male youth in relation to an incident that occurred between 2 - 3 March.

It is believed that the youth cut a hole in the fence of a residence on Birkett Street in Moulden and removed a blue Yamaha motorcycle.

Members located the bike and the offender several days later.

He has since been charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle (x2), interfere with a vehicle and other traffic offences.

He was remanded in custody to appear in the Darwin Youth Justice Court today.
