Police are investigating an incident which occurred at Darwin Mitsubishi early Monday morning.

It is alleged that two people attended the Stuart Park location at approximately 2:00 am. One of them then got out of the car, believed to be similar to a Suzuki Swift and damaged three vehicles within the car yard, causing approximately $4 000 worth of damage.

The offender is described to be a Caucasian male, approximately 45-years-old and at the time of the offence was wearing a dark shirt, grey shorts and socks with sandals.

Police are urging anyone that may have witnessed the incident, or who may have information in relation to the event, to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
