Police are investigating an unlawful entry at a business in Winnellie that occurred early this morning.

It is alleged that three males entered Cut Price Computers on Winnellie Road and were disturbed by the owner whilst trying to steal the cash draw at approximately 3:30 am.

All three were described to be in their early 20's and fled the scene in a dirty beige sedan.

Police are urging anyone that may have information in relation to the event, or who saw any suspicious activity in the vicinity, to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
