Police are investigating an unlawful entry which occurred at the Trailer Boat Club in Fannie Bay, between midnight last night and 6.00am this morning, where an ATM machine containing an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.

Duty Superintendent Bruce Porter said that Police are asking for the public's assistance in relation to the matter.

"If any person has any information in relation to the theft or may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area including any vehicle that may have been carrying a large package, please contact Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or www.nt.crimestoppers.com.au." said Supt Porter.
