Police are investigating a series of unlawful entries that occurred at the Palmerston Shopping Centre on Wednesday night.

At about 8:10 am yesterday Police were alerted to the incident, it is alleged the offenders entered the building through a side door using a bar to force it open.

Food, rewritable CDs and a substantial amount of cash in coins was taken from the businesses.

Police are currently viewing CCTV and appeal to anyone who may have information that may assist police or sighted any persons acting suspiciously in the area on Wednesday night are urged to call Police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
