Members of the Commander's Tactical Team are investigating the unlawful entry that occurred between 29 and 30 June in Darwin City.

It is alleged that a male offender unlawfully entered Manoli's Greek Taverna on Smith Street between the hours of 10:00 pm Monday and 10:00 am Tuesday.

The offender gained entry by breaking through the front glass door and is believed to have stolen a laptop computer, a quantity of alcohol and a wallet containing a sum of cash before leaving the area.

Police are investigating the incident and urge anyone that may have witnessed any suspicious activity within the area between the abovementioned times, to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
